What are the social (culture and society) impacts of the movement/revolution?

The French Revolution impacted the downfall of the monarchy, the aristocracy and religious institutions. These were the most direct and impactul changes caused by the Revolution. There were many social and cultural impacts that accompanied the downfall of the monarchies. Huge changes to the social system, political system and radical changes to France’s cultural, scientific and intellectual life. The revolution changed how people viewed the world and what was important. People now wanted unity and equality. People now wanted advancements in technology and science. People also wanted loyalty and to be a part of something good. This showed through expression and the adoption of art , style and the progress made during this time.

What are the Economic (financial) impacts on the various parties - country, groups, etc?

The French Revolution had economic effects. The French economy was in part what caused the French Revolution. There was a very unfair tax structure, a drained treasury in helping the Americas during the American Revolution and the excessive spending of the bureaucratics. The King and Queen lived in luxury while the rest of its people were hungry, sick and forced to pay high taxes to the monarchy as well as inflated taxes on basic items like food. Funding wars, America, excessive spending and excessive expectations of the taxes on the poor all became too much for the country to manage and the revolution brought major changes to the economic handlings and structure of France.

What was the Global (world-wide) impact?

The French Revolution impacted and was one of the most important contributors to the spread of democracy. The French people stood together and beheaded a King. This motivated many of the poor and people to stand up for what was right - this empowered the lower class in other European countries and other continents to do the same. This was called the Enlightenment. Slaves were freed and all men were created equal. This movement triggered across the globe. It empowered people to stand up for their rights and equality.
